The very same designers & planners (CASS) who are responsible for Buckshaw Village which is 8 years into a 15 year phased development have been commissioned to design ‘Rivington Chase’. CASS are experts in poor design, planning and a lets stick as much housing into a single hectare as humanly possible can-do approach. 

Even the Royal Institute of British Architects condemn this approach to housing development, and that in itself should speak volumes.
